Since half of us do not have a garage to place our cars while the driveway is cleaned, WHAT is you plan to accommodate the rest of us? Were
do we put our cars while they are being cleaned out?

Why do you SKIP completely cleaning the parking spaces for homes with out a garage. Today 1.21.2012, Snow has been removed from homes
with a driveway, but NON of the home without a driveway were cleaned. Your Trucks came in and did one side of the street (ones with a garage) and the left!

So Why does Sheffield Towne Spend nearly ~ $170,000.00 per year ( including hidden costs ) on the POOL, when only 2% of the home owners find it important, and it's only
available 3-months of the rear. It's a lot to digest when we only have ~$1,280,000 per year to work with.
Should we have the Board be focused on Paying the HUGE debt that we have acquired and will be paying on for 10 years.
Ask yourself; could that money be used to improve our property, which will offset home values declines, lower the association fee, and fix
the tennis courts, which are used 9-months of the year. Because of the pool, a large portion of the association fees are going to paying off this most unwanted loan, and the rest of the property
suffer!
Do we really need to have this BIG, UGLY, NOISY 
Backhoe Loader Traversing our streets several times a day, and at times, at very high speeds, with the operator staring out strait ahead, while
driving over debris in our streets. What is it's purpose? Why are we spending so much money to operate a Diesel, when we have so many RED Trucks? Maybe the issue is to many employees!
