Sheffield Towne is a community of 592 town homes situated on forty-four acres of professionally landscaped common areas located in the northwest portion of Schaumburg. The development was built by Levitt & Sons between 1970 and 1975. The clubhouse was the original sales office and the model homes were located on Cheltenham Court.

Amenities include a spacious Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, Volleyball Pit, Basketball Court, Playground and a beautiful outdoor Swimming Pool. Our pool has recently undergone major renovations including the installation of a stainless steel gutter system and a state-of-the-art filtering system with computerized chemical feeders.

Area Schools include District 54's Armstrong Elementary School and Eisenhower Junior High and also District 211's Hoffman Estates High School. The many Churches in the area serve most religious denominations.

Sheffiled Towne Under the Double Rainbow - Schaumburg

We belong to the Hoffman Estates Park District although Sheffield Towne is located in Schaumburg. H.E.P.D. offers activities for folks of all ages and boasts it's Poplar Creek Golf Course as well as Seascape Aquatic Center located just north of Sheffield Towne.

Sheffield Towne is convenient to Shopping and Transportation. Woodfield Shopping Mall is only five miles away. We're convenient to Marta's Milwaukee District West Line and the Northwest Transportation Center. O'Hare Airport is only a half hour away. Schaumburg Township provides transportation for Senior and Disabled Citizens for a nominal fee.
