Our primary goal is to provide a positive voice for the homeowners of Sheffield Towne. We would like to give the members of this community a website that is informative and purposeful. Some of our concerns include (but are not limited to): Consistent, reliable services for EVERY home in Sheffield Town. This includes the general up-keep of all common areas, front lawns, Gutters, Concrete, Window replacement, etc.

Access to financial documents. This may also include information on contracted service providers (Garbage, Snow Removal, etc.) Accessible, FREE, Electronic documentation of all Bylaws, Amendments, CC&R (Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions), Board Meeting Minutes, Community Bulletins, Parking & Guest Pass information, Services List, Board of Directors List and Contact Information.
